My 15 yo has been diagnosed (Jan. 2) with OHVIRA. 2 uteri, 1 is a large mass prolapsed into a blind hemivagina. 2nd cervix was not visible during first MRI. Also has duplicated inferior vena cava.We are 3 weeks away from our first across-country visit with the specialist. Has been a long painful journey. So surprised to find this site after reading "rare, rare, rare" regarding this condition.  Feeling a bit dazed & confused but happy to be finding such great information.

Well come to you and your daughter!

It's said that uterine anomalies are not that common, but probably more common than we think as those of us that never experience any problems might never get to know about it. However OHVIRA is from what i read one of the rarer forms of uterine anomalies so I can understand that there must be even less information/communities out there.

Lately there have been several new members so I hope we can get some discussions going on.
